📝 Right of withdrawal & return conditions

📅 Cancellation period

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.

💰 Refund

After receiving the return, we will refund all payments, including delivery costs (unless a different delivery method is used), within 14 days using the original payment method used.

We reserve the right to refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.

🚫 Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

* Goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs
* Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection if their seal has been removed
* Digital content for which performance has begun and the consumer has given his express consent.
