📄 General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop SHAHD GROUP by consumers and businesses.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order.
By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by email immediately after you submit your order.

4. Prices and payment terms

All prices are in euros and include VAT.
Payment can be made via PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay or other payment methods offered in the shop.

5. Delivery

Delivery takes place within Germany and, if applicable, to other EU countries.
The delivery time is usually 2-5 working days.
If a product is not available, we will inform you immediately.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Entrepreneurs are not granted a voluntary right of withdrawal.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

8. Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty rights apply.
We assume no liability for damage caused by improper use.
Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

9. Data protection

Information on the processing of your personal data can be found in our privacy policy.

10. Dispute resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The place of jurisdiction is Hamburg if the customer is an entrepreneur.
